SHIPPING INFO
RETURNS
We are happy to accept returns, any garment that is unworn and still fitted with all security tags and labels and that is despatched to us within 14 days of receipt by you.
UK Returns
Please refer to the returns form provided with your order. Ensure that this has been filled in with your order number, date and the items being returned along with the reasons behind this.
To clarify, our returns address is as follows:

USA Returns
Unfortunately, at this moment in time our returns portal is inaccessible. Please follow the same guidelines for returns as provided above.
Please ensure you send us your proof of return via email ([email protected]) to speed up the return process as parcels from the US to the UK can take up to 3 weeks to arrive dependant on courier.
Processing of Returns
Once we receive your return, we shall then proceed to send you your refund/store credit.
PLEASE NOTE: Sale items can only be returned for STORE CREDIT. This is non-negotiable. Upon purchasing you agree to these terms.
Please note Store Credit will not include any previous shipping costs.
Upon receipt it takes about 3-5 working days to process your return.
All refunds will be credited back to the original purchaser’s credit card.
EXCHANGES
We do not offer direct exchanges. Exchanges can be facilitated by using a STORE CREDIT.
Our reasoning is simple. Our clothes are in high demand and if you send back the item you want to exchange, there is no guarantee we will have what you want at that time.
However, return your package by following the normal return procedure. We will issue you a store credit once we've received your return. That way, you may use the credit towards the correct item/size or for another item.
To speed up this process, follow the return guidelines above and then simply email us at [email protected] with your order number, informing us of the items returned and that you wish for a store credit.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. We aim to process all returns within 5 working days of receipt. Please note this may take slightly longer during busy periods.
Sale Items
Sale items or items purchased in the sale section can be returned for STORE CREDIT only.
Please follow the regular return guidelines.
